Arizona Racing Commission Decision: Monarch Content Management, LLC Simulcast Signal (01/24/2020)
At the January 24, 2020 Regular Meeting of the Arizona Racing Commission (Commission), the Commission voted to deny the continuation of the Monarch Content Management, LLC (Monarch) simulcast signals to any Arizona racing permittees and their additional wagering facilities, which includes off-track betting sites across the state and telephone wagering, known as Advanced Deposit Wagering (ADW).

Apply For County Fair Racing Grant
The County Fair Racing Fund was established to bring live racing to Arizona rural counties. With the passing of HB 2589 in 2018, the CFRF program is available for Arizona counties with less than 800,000 people to re-establish live racing at their county facilities. The deadline for consideration of the grant is January 31, 2020.

This Notice is being provided to the public that a quorum of the Arizona Racing Commission may be present at Rillito Park Race Track for its opening weekend on Saturday, February 8 and Sunday, February 9, 2020 from 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. No Arizona Racing Commission business will take place or discussions held. This is not a regular meeting of the Arizona Racing Commission.
