Racing Commission Meetings & Minutes

This page provides links to notices and agendas for upcoming Racing Commission public meetings. All Racing Commission meetings are open to the public and the schedule is subject to change. Official meeting notices will be posted as required under A.R.S. § 38-431.02. If you are unable to access a notice or agenda online, please contact the Arizona Department of Gaming at (602) 771-4263 to request a copy in an alternative format.

Official Posting Locations:

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, the Racing Commission ensures that all public meeting notices are posted electronically on the Racing Commission webpage: https://gaming.az.gov/racing/meetings-minutes.

Additionally, a physical copy of public meeting notices will be posted on the exterior bulletin board at the entrance of the following location:

Arizona Department of Gaming, 100 N. 15th Ave. #200, Phoenix, AZ 85007

This office is open to the public Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding legal holidays and state-mandated furlough days. All meeting notices and agendas will be posted at these locations at least 24 hours in advance of each meeting.
