All medicals and licensing paperwork is due no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day that begins 48 hours before the scheduled event.

The above link shall be used to submit a License Application for ALL of the following license types: Amateur / Pro Combatants, Trainer / Second, Cutmen, Announcer, Inspector, Physician, Judge, Referee, Timekeeper, Manager and Matchmaker.
